Cardio before or after mild weight training?
I’ll be doing ab and upper body workout using an exercise ball, but should I be doing my cardio portion before or after the weight training portion, or both? if so, how strenuous should my cardio be? walk before, run after?
I do a light 10 minute cardio to warm up and break a sweat, then I lift, then I do full cardio after I lift.
